The Italian superyacht shipbuilder Sanlorenzo hosted an exclusive seminar for Sanlorenzo Dealers from July 6–7.
The 2-day masterclass included theoretical and practical lectures held by Sanlorenzo’s After Sales team in facilities in Ameglia, La Spezia and Viareggio. Participants were provided with training and updates on Sanlorenzo products, new technologies and onboard systems, with specific focus on company values and targets, operating procedures and customer service skills.
Our team was thrilled to attend the "Sanlorenzo Service School" and learn new ways to make yachting a unique experience for our cherished customers.
