Athens Private Viewing

The Astir Marina in Athens was the venue for an exclusive private viewing this week of a number of yachts from companies belonging to the Ferretti Group.

EKKA Yachts, the longest-standing Ferretti dealer, presented the Ferretti 960, the Pershing 92, the Riva 88’ Domino Super and the Riva 63 Virtus for the first time to the Greek market during a highly attended event where guests enjoyed a guided tour of all four boats by the EKKA Yachts team.

With its 29.20 metres of length overall and 23.97 metres of hull length, the Ferretti 960 is the first Ferretti with the owner’s suite positioned on the main deck. The vessel offers numerous solutions and attributes which usually are reserved for larger vessels, including three crew cabins of which one is exclusively for the captain, as well as a separate access to the crew quarters directly from the galley.

The Pershing 92 is a 92 ft yacht reaching a top speed of 42 knots, with a cruising speed of 38 knots – a superb compromise between smart exterior lines and spacious interiors, with optimum speed and handling.

Boasting an overall length of 26.70 metres and a beam of 6.30 metres the Riva Domino Super is the result of cooperation between Officina Italiana Design – the design firm that pencils the entire Riva range – and Ferretti Group’s Engineering Department. The 63’ Virtus, meanwhile represents everything that this august Italian yard has come to stand for after more than a century of boatbuilding.
