The Team

George Kyriazakos is the founder of EKKA Yachts S.A. His passion for the sea, business sense and skills as well as a coincidental meeting with the Ferretti brothers in 1984 are responsible for the influence that he and EKKA Yachts has had in Greek yachting over the past 35 years.

George’s success in business is no surprise. He took over the EKKA brand in the early 70’s from his father, and transformed it from an important automotive spare-parts distributor to a solid group of dealerships in the automotive and yachting business with a strong reputation for customer service.

George served as shareholder and director of Ferretti Spa for 20 years, and as director for Bertram Yacht, Ferretti of America and Allied Marine. He also served as executive chairman of Allied Marine following the company’s acquisition by Ferretti in 2008 and was responsible for setting-up Ferretti’s distribution in the Americas.

He is a father of three (two of which are in the company) and enjoys spending time with friends either cruising the Greek islands, or under the Florida sun.
